About Me
My name is Florian Lindstaedt and I am currently working at KPMG where I focus on helping clients free up cash that is trapped in operational inefficiencies. In prior roles, I worked in Analytics, Engineering, Merger&Acquisitions, Finance, and Accounting. The common thread in all my professional career has always been:
I provide decision support with analytics and optimize processes with automation. My tools include Exploratory Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Process Mapping, Predictive Modeling, and good old logical thinking.
But reducing my work to technical solutions and features does not really focus on what is most important in my work:
I enjoy helping others identify and reach their goals. Many years ago I started tutoring students and since then I have hired and built teams in several functions. All along I used servant leadership and agile principles to remove obstacles and increase performance.
